Basic Sweet Dough
Heat in a saucepan: 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, until
butter is all melted. Let cool until just warm to the touch.
Meanwhile, dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
In yet another dish, beat one egg.
When cooled, mix all three things together, and make into a soft dough with 1 tsp sea-salt
and about 4 or 5 cups of flour. Let rise until doubled.
